BOOKING ON THE WEBSITE AND PAYMENT
A credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. The same card must be presented upon arrival, even if payment is made by another means. Non-refundable offers may be debited upon booking. Flexible offers are paid during the stay at the hotel. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
You can cancel or modify a reservation made on the site yourself by logging into your space. You can also send us an email to contact@zaziehotel.paris, recalling the details of your reservation (reservation number, email address and name as well as date of stay). Our travelers must be informed that in accordance with Article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right to withdraw from accommodation and catering services. Our flexible rate reservations can still be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute between Zazie Hôtel and the traveler, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution, accessible on the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show). In the absence of an amicable agreement, the traveler has the possibility of contacting the consumer mediator responsible for Zazie Hôtel, namely the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), free of charge, within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional. The referral to the consumer mediator must be made either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website: www.mediationconso-ame.com; or by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS.
PERSONAL DATA
The reservation will be subject to a record accessible by the Customer upon simple request to the following address contact@zaziehotel.paris. In accordance with Law 78-17 “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 as amended, customers have a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data processed concerning them. The Customer may also refuse the processing, request a limitation of it or request the deletion (within the limits of the legal retention periods) of personal data. This right can be exercised upon simple written request to contact@zaziehotelparis, which will respond to the requests made. The purpose of processing the personal data collected corresponds to the obligations relating to the services provided (customer management, commercial offers, satisfaction questionnaire, wishes and other user-friendly communications). Our Customers’ contact details are never transferred to any partner.
